The world is not becoming simpler.

For many capable people, the old ways of coping, performing, and pushing through are beginning to feel too small for the lives and responsibilities they now carry. This is not about fixing yourself or becoming someone else. It is about reconnecting with what is already strongest and most alive in you, then putting that into motion in your work, relationships, and life.

Create your strongest path forward.

Voyagility brings together people from across business sectors and walks of life who are sure of one thing: the future is not going to become less complex or less uncertain.

Step back from the demands of daily life and step toward a stronger path forward.

What is Voyagility?

Why this, right now?

Many of us have become highly skilled at managing complexity. We meet demands, solve problems, and keep going.

But somewhere along the way, it becomes easy to lose contact with our own direction, imagination, and sense of choice.

Voyagility offers the space to ask more fundamental questions:

• What is asking to change in my life or leadership?
• What story am I currently living inside?
• What do I want to create now?
• What would it mean to meet the future with more confidence, rather than simply cope with it?

This is an inspiring pause, but it is also a practical one. The workshop draws on insights from theatre, coaching, human development and real-world leadership. Theatre is not used as performance training, but as a powerful way of understanding how people create, rehearse and bring new possibilities to life together.

WHAT WILL WE BE DOING?

Before the workshop begins we'll be identifying your living case study and gathering clues and signals for change.

Workshop Day 1

Gather late afternoon.

Creating the space we want to work in.

Identifying a transformation of those areas of your life and leadership that you want to move toward mastery.

Finding your unique needs and outcomes.

 Workshop Day 2

How is your current story helping or hindering you?

Discovering and embodying your new story.

Learn new  ways of deepening relationships with others based on mutuality, love and honesty.

Gain powerful communication tools for sharing your story, encouraging others to share their own – and for co-creating shared stories that bring joint meaning and purpose.

Workshop Day 3

Deepening our new story.

Gaining perspectives and ideas from the group.

Preparing for re-entry to The Real World.

Anticipating barriers and distractions waiting for us, creating strategies for success before we leave the room.

Making commitments for the future.
